I’ve had the pleasure of working with Duane for almost a decade across multiple businesses, and his expertise in UX, front-end development, and product management is excellent.

Duane was a great addition to the team at AppLearn, he was able to design and prototype our product vision and communicate this to the development team. Duane was also instrumental in investor meeting and presentations when demonstrating our software capability. Duane also organised a fantastic hiking challenge around the Yorkshire 3 peaks to raise money for charity. Top guy and still a good personal friend. Highly recommend in any business.

I helped out with the responsive rebuild of the MyParcelDelivery site for a short time, and during my time on the project I was really impressed with what Duane did in terms of the rebrand. It brought MPD right up to date and gave it some real personality. Duane is a talented individual who understands the different nuances of the web in great depth. I’ve had the privilege of working with him in a team of designers. His e-commerce experience comes from years of working in the industry. He is always quick to spot issues in design and come up with user focussed solutions. I would recommend him in a role where e-commerce and design are key. The added bonus is that he also understands the different platforms very well.

Duane has been my manager for the last 6 months, and in that time I’ve learnt a lot from him. As a company we are always under pressure to deliver results in a short timeframe, so sketching wire framing and prototyping has been key to getting ideas down. Duane has helped speed up our internal design process and together we have achieved some great results. I’m pleased to have worked with Duane, he certainly got things done, and cut to the chase on many occasions. Given the opportunity I’d enjoy working with Duane again.

Duane did an impressive work of rebranding Hiho and it was spot on. He is very talented designer/developer and knows his technologies very well. Duane took me on as a web developer to join his platform team at HiHo, he was great to work for and certainly had a strong drive to succeed, he’d chosen the team well, as we all had different strengths but similar attitudes. It was a real shame when the company shut down as I really enjoyed working with Duane and the team at HiHo. I’d definitely work with Duane again if the opportunity ever came up
